Heading two companies as managing partner, M/s Tripat Electricals and M/s The Electric House, dealing in the trading of industrial electricals.
He is active in Beopar Mandal of Punjab State and is secretary General of Pradesh Beopar Mandal Punjab.
He is also the Gen. Secy. of PELFED, Federation of Electrical and Electronics Dealers Association of Punjab State.
At Local Level he is one of the founder members of LEDA (Ludhiana Electrical Dealers Association).
Along with Electric trade, he is a professional trainer.
Before entering into professional HRD and training he did his graduation from Punjab University.
Actively involved in an Individual development Organisation called JUNIOR CHAMBER he groomed his training skills while serving at its different national level offices.
He was the National Executive Vice President in-charge of training in 1997.
In 1998 he was the Chairman of National Faculty Cell of Indian Junior Chamber.
Apart from training portfolio he also served at different administrative posts at national level of Indian Junior Chamber and was on the Governing Board since 1993.
He qualified his first level trainer certificate in 1986.
In 1994 he qualified as the national trainer of IJC Training Institute.
Same Year he qualified as the Prime Graduate of Junior Chamber International Training Institute.
In 1996 he Qualified Excel Graduation of IJC International Training and became Certified National Trainer of Junior Chamber International Training Institute.
In 1998 he was selected to be on the List of coaches to train the trainers who Qualify Junior Chamber International Prime Graduation Program & now he is JCI certified Prime Head Coach.
In 1998 he represented India in International Leadership Academy at Niigata and Yokohama Japan and qualified ad ‘Global Net worker’ for International Affairs.
He has conducted certified training programs at Koashuang (Taiwan) Asia Pacific Conference and Sapporo (Japan) World Congress & Penang ASPAC. Traveled western Africa, parts of Europe (France, Belgium, UK), Japan, Hong Kong, Singapore, Thailand, in pursuit of his training assignments.
He is the chairman of an HRD institute WAYS & MEANS Learning Systems Private Limited.
Married to Saroj he is blessed with two daughters and a son Neha, Megha & Puneet.
Very fond of reading, writing and traveling Mr. Raman Nayyar is fully dedicated to his professions of Training and Trading of Industrial Electricals.
