Congress councillors protested against the municipal corporation's failure to complete the construction work

  

Congress councillors along with residents protested against the municipal corporation's failure to complete the construction work of a road in front of gurdwara for the past four months, staged a dharna at Haibowal. The agitators, who were led by area councillor Hem Raj Aggarwal, also blocked the traffic.

Later, the Congress councillors also met mayor Hakam Singh Giaspura and municipal commissioner G.S. Ghuman.
