Everest Public Senior Secondary School
To inculcate human values in the minds of the youngsters and to introduce them to Indian culture, late Dina Nath Sharma founded Everest Public Senior Secondary School in 1970.
The school imparts education in arts, commerce, science, vocational streams up to plus two levels, and is affiliated to the PSEB. The stress is on mental, moral, physical and all around development of a student’s personality so as to enable him to successfully tide over the trials of the life.
Students are provided with all sorts of amenities — a good library, well-furnished laboratories and playgrounds. For the last 35 years, the school has been showing 100 per cent results in all classes. Students have gained eminent positions in the examination and have been placed in the merit list.
The school has been at the forefront in co-curricular activities too. Its various sports teams have got outstanding success in the games held at district and state level. The special spheres of the excellence have been basketball, volleyball and judo etc.
