Gitanjali Ladies Club, Ludhiana (Punjab)
The name Gitanjali itself signifies 'auspiciousness'. Established a few decades ago, by a group of not many ladies, Gitanjali Ladies Club is one of the most well known ladies club of Ludhiana with a present strength of good members. With constructive fellowship as its aim, Gitanjali Ladies Club has come a long way. Conducting a host of activities, it has clearly made a place for itself in Ludhiana. It is a registered body with a motto “Satyam Shivam Sundram”.
The Gitanjali Ladies Club Ludhiana is always eager to strengthen its relationship with different organizations which focus on the social and cultural development of the community. There is no doubt that Gitanjali Ladies Club has been playing an important role in empowering women in the country and the region to play an active role in their communities.
