Central Tool Room Ludhiana (CTR) was established in 1981 by Government of India in collaboration with Government of Federal Republic of Germany and active support of Government of Punjab. Central Tool Room Ludhiana is an ISO 9001 certified organization & it represents a technical co-operation between Small Industries Development Organisation (SIDO), India and German agency for technical co-operation (GTZ).
We are providing high quality services to the industry in the area of Tooling, Precision Machining, Heat Treatment, Technical Consultancy and Technical Training. We are equipped with highest precision international machines to meet every Tooling demand of the Industry.
We are a pioneering institute in the field of Tool Engineering in the country. We conduct long term and short-term training programmes in Tool & Die Design and Manufacturing, CAD/CAM, CNC Programing & Machining, Heat Treatment of Steel, Inspection and Quality Control. Quality is the way of life for us and promoting latest technologies is one of our objectives.
